In 2017 the season opener was played in glorious sunshine.

After a fantastically well attended tournament last weekend, this Sunday is the turn of the Pauline Mutch start of season opener. Once again Steve Jones is master of ceremonies after his great organisational skills were put to full use last week and this weekend he is joined by Helen Robinson. Once again if players can arrive from 1-45pm to register and allow the pairings and format to be arranged that would be appreciated.

Last years winner Mike Triffitt is absent but ladies holder Ann Jones is hoping to defend her crown.
