The court cleaning will be carried out from Friday this week and hopefully can be completed over the weekend. This means all tennis activities are cancelled this week. This includes York trials Tuesday, Harrogate trials Thursday, Winter League Friday, Ladies trials Saturday and Seniors v Juniors Sunday unfortunately. We will rearrange and confirm new dates . Thankfully the water quickly dispersed Sunday and with a dry forecast this week hopefully disruption will be kept to a minimum.

Ahead of the court cleaning this Friday Peter Johnston, Bob Kirby and Jim Clark were busy Tuesday afternoon collecting debris and tidying many areas of the club grounds. A great effort chaps and your time and work is very much appreciated.

Court cleaning completed Saturday and play resumed Sunday morning with some men’s team tennis trials action.
