Social Tennis Sessions

Thank you for your continued support in keeping the club a safe and enjoyable place to play tennis.
We are now in a position to restart some of the Social Tennis sessions, in line with updated Government and LTA Guidance. The first session will be Sunday 2nd August. We will be doing this as a staged approach, to ensure we are able to run it safely.
All social tennis sessions will need to be pre-booked so we can control numbers and have data required for ’track & trace’. Spaces will be limited on all sessions.

Sessions available

All sessions will be organised by a member of the ACTC coaching team to help check players in, arrange matches and help promote social distancing. Those waiting to go on court must be respectful of existing social distancing guidelines. If it rains heavily, the session will be cancelled.
Sessions will be able to be booked a week in advance via Clubspark – you MUST pre-book in order to attend the session. Anyone not on the list maybe turned away, if the session is at capacity. Bookings can be done via the links above, 7 days in advance. Anyone who may struggle to book, please contact Mike Triffitt who will help you book your place.

If you can no longer attend, please log into your ClubSpark account as soon as possible and cancel the session, so other members can book the place.
Players are to access the club vis the big gates next to the river bank. 4 balls per court will be provided and a small hand sanitiser to be used between rounds. The clubhouse will remain closed other than for using the toilet.
We will continue to monitor the demand for social tennis and also any feedback from members to try and keep expanding the social tennis programme.
